Ingredients
- Chowmein noodles (boiled according to package instructions)
- 200g diced chicken pieces
- 1 small carrot, diced
- ½ cup peas
- ½ cup cabbage, chopped
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 green chili, chopped
- 1–2 tbsp tomato sauce
- 1–2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp chowmein masala
- Salt, to taste

How to Make Quick Chowmein
- Heat a little oil in a pan and cook the diced chicken until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
